Participation in Privacy Shield

BNDL is committed to handling such personal information collected from any person, company or entity in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles. BNDL complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. BNDL has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Data Collected

When you visit our website we may collect data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.  Information that is collected will only be shared with the payment provider once an order or request for quote is placed.  Information that may be shared:

You have the right to not share any or only partial information however some limitations to provide services or products may occur.

How payment providers use data

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

If you complete the forms for additional information, we will collect your name, company name, email address and contact information, possibly your company address and phone number to be able to provide the information that you are requesting.  In addition, we may use this information as an opt in for a monthly newsletter or informative email about the BNDL services.  You may opt out at any time to these forms of communication.

When you set up your account on BNDL for E-Commerce purchases you will be required to provide your name, shipping address, city, state, zip, phone, and email address, to enable the shipper or provider of services to deliver the services as required.

When you place an order on the E-Commerce site, we will collect the order data so that you will be able to inquire about your order or place requests for returns or warranty.

We do not collect any information regarding your health or any medical needs.

By default, BNDL does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

If you complete the forms on the site to receive or download reports or for additional information, we will collect your name, company name, email address and contact information, possibly your company address and phone number to be able to provide the information that you are requesting.  In addition, we may use this information as an opt in for a monthly newsletter or informative email about the BNDL services.  You may opt out at any time to these forms of communication.  This information is not provided to any third party.

Cookies 

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Embedded content from other websites are not allowed on this site View only media may be provided for product information but not embedded onto this website, therefore no information is shared to a third party by viewing this information  (e.g. images, articles, etc.).

What information do we share?

We do not sell your information.  We may share your information only as described below and with companies that have controls that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on BNDL’s site. For example, you can order products from third parties through our site, request quotes and download responses from third-party providers. You will be able to identify when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customers’ personal information related to those transactions with that third party.

These third-party service providers have access to your information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.  Only information necessary to perform their function will be provided.  You have the right to choose not to provide this information when completing the online forms however it may limit the ability for the services or products to be ordered and provided.

The third party service providers have the same level of controls that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice and we will remain liable for any third party’s failure unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.  If, at any time, it is determined that a third party service provider cannot provide the same level of controls, we will discontinue using this third party and will no longer provide any of your information to them.  

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.  You may delete your account and your data at any time.

Checkout information

We share information with the authorized vendors that are contracted with BNDL who help us provide our orders and store services to you. For example– we will provide your billing and shipping address to provide product delivery and invoicing. Payment gateways and shipping providers will also be provided this information to fulfill your order requests. Information provided on checkout is only shared or transferred to Authorized vendors or Payment processors. You have the right to not have your data shared with any of the third parties by notifying us at the one of the contact methods below to have your information removed from the site.  However, some of the ordering functions may not be available if certain information is not provided.

How long we retain your data   

Personal data is collected or processed by the web site. For users that register on our website we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Analytics records are kept for a year, and customer purchase records for the life of the account.

Personal data is stored for retrieval of order records. If this data is requested to be removed, the website administrator will remove this data permanently upon user request.

How we protect your data

We protect our user data by requiring secure https connections for all transactional data. To complete a purchase, a user must be registered with BNDL using a verified email address provided upon registration.  All information stored in the user profile is only shared upon successful checkout for purchases or subscriptions and only necessary data is transferred to authorized third parties only for use in fulfilling order or quote requests.  Any Party may request that data be removed by contacting BNDL as shown below and requested data of all interactions with the Party will be removed from the site.

Supplier Data

BNDL receives product and service information from the suppliers shown on the BNDL website along with any promotional advertising. 

End User Data

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we will track:

  • Products you have viewed: we will use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we will use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we will ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

BNDL Subscriptions

By using BNDL Subscriptions to place automatic orders for monthly services or products, you may be storing personal data and depending on which third-party payment processors you are using to take subscription payments, you may be sharing personal data with external sources.

What we collect and store

For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer’s name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.

Request A Quote

While you visit our site, we will track:

  • Products added to the quote list: these products will be used to offer you our best price.
  • All fields in the quote request form: name, email, and message content. This may also include, billing address, shipping address, city, state, zip, and contact phone.
  • We will also use cookies to keep track of request a quote list while you are browsing our site.

Note: all the fields in the quote request that have been filled by the user will be saved in the order details, so, they will be subject to BNDL Privacy Policy.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • the quote request you have submitted through our store.
  • data entered in the quote request form.

Our team members have access to this information to send you the best offer.

The following steps will begin at the point of notification by the person.

  1. Ms. Day will be notified of the potential breach to begin the investigation.
  2. BNDL will first investigate to determine how the information was used inappropriately and will report back the findings to the individual within 24 business hours.
  3. If it is determined a breach has occurred, BNDL will remedy the breach within 8 business hours of determining the cause of the breach.
  4. Any employee of BNDL that is involved or has been the direct result of the breach will be subject to immediate termination.
  5. BNDL will put into place a mechanism to eliminate the breach for future users.

Individuals have the right to access their personal data. BNDL will work with its end users to limit the use of the individual’s personal data.

BNDL has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMs, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit www.jamsadr.com for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMs are provided at no cost to you.
